Get Gout Relief Naturally

Gout hurts! It's an arthritic condition of the joints that usually strikes the big toes, but it can affect ankles, heels, knees, wrists, fingers, and elbows too. Think twice about the side effects of pharmaceuticals to ease the pain when mom nature already has your back! The reason gout is so painful is due to a buildup of uric acid - sharp, crystal like deposits in the joints, most often in the big toe. If you suspect a mild case, your doctor will most likely recommend NSAIDS (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) which can have long term effects on your gut and your heart. Why not try a natural blend of essential oils with known pain relieving properties that won't give you a new set of problems - gout is bad enough! Before I go any further I must say this, if you suffer from gout, cut way back on sugar intake especially sugar sodas and, alcohol, eliminate if you can! You'll be ahead of game in many ways and maybe save yourself acute attacks of gout down the line.  That said... A friend of mine shared this combination and told me it was the only thing that worked for her to ease the burning pain in her big toe so I'm passing the testimonial on to you. It made complete sense to me when she told me combined St. John's Wort and Birch - both are well known natural pain relievers with strong anti-inflammatory properties and more, I wouldn't be without either of them.

More about St. John's Wort -
"Recent research suggests the effectiveness of this herb in treating other ailments, including cancer, inflammation-related disorders, and bacterial and viral diseases, and as an antioxidant and neuroprotective agent.  Clinical Study Because it's a neuroprotective agent, St. John's Wort has similar qualities to Helichrysum, both are essential oils you would turn to in times of trauma.
More about Birch -
"I have to share something with you! I was just about ready to go to the ER this morning after a 3-day migraine. I had tried everything I could find and nothing was helping. I had my bottle of Birch in the shower and thought, well, I've tried everything else... I mixed a few (3) drops in with my handful of shampoo and massaged it in my scalp. I just let it sit there and tingle a few minutes before rinsing it out. After about 20 minutes my migraine was gone!! I don't know how good Birch is for your hair but at that point I really didn't care. This stuff is wonderful!!" (testimonial) If you're on blood thinners or allergic to aspirin, Birch, containing methyl salicylate may not be an appropriate option however, in small, infrequent topical applications it may be fine. Check with your health care provider to be sure.
