At the first sign of a cold, I start using it on feet, and swabbing both nostrils. That usually keeps it from developing into a full-blown cold & cough illness. I can't remember the last time I was sick with a bad cold & cough. I use this along with Immunity, and diffusing and it keeps me pretty healthy through the winter!
