I've dealt with a neuroma on my foot for almost 2 yrs. I finally agreed to cortisone shots last year and ultimately had 2. An orthopedist recently told me that cortisone shots actually damage tissue and suggested that I use a metatarsal pad to increase the space between my toes, hopefully providing some relief. Walking on those pads is as awful as walking with a neuroma on the bottom of my foot. She suggested a foot surgeon to remove it if I couldn't deal with it any longer. I FINALLY remembered Frankincense oil! I've used it 3 days, morning and night and have seen a definite reduction in neuroma size. I'm hoping I can get rid of all of it and walk normally again.
