Frankincense - Boswellia carteri essential oil is truly the matriarch of my essential oil collection. I view it as the wisest and most compassionate teacher of nature's pharmacy. Frankincense is versatile, blending well with all other essential oils, including my favorite natural ingredients like coconut oil and rosehip seed oil, among others. In fact, Frank makes it all better - just like your favorite people. Therapeutically, Frankincense is a marvel, a powerful anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, regenerative, and a spiritual gift.
I use Frankincense daily in my Ultimate Deodorant - I want it right where all those lymph nodes are clustered, close to the breast under each arm.
I add Frankincense to many of my salves and EOs blends because I know its presence will enhance the synergy I'm creating. Pure Frankincense has no known adverse effects, and it's very, very gentle, even more so than Lavender. It's also one of the few essential oils I use neat (undiluted).
