I researched essential oils that address inflammation and detoxification, namely Turmeric and Black Pepper, Bergamot, Lemongrass and Frankincense and created a detox/hormone stablizer with anti-inflammatory properties blend and call it Function.
Because essential oils work better when we live a healthy lifestyle I increased my water intake (pure water, no plastic) and add 2 drops of a citrus essential oil (Bergamot is my preference for stimulation of autophagy and, detox) per 32 oz or more of H2O - my goal is at least 70 ounces of water each day.
