Very interested in trying this… I put Turmeric and black pepper in my smoothie every morning, would like to see if it works better than powder
I got my kit and I’m reading from the post earlier and to my understanding you would do 50 drops of each Turmeric and Black Pepper and Rosehips Seed Oil. I want to apply this to the bottoms of my husbands feet to ease the neuroapthy pain or any other suggestion you could add. Thank you Rebecca
Thank you. I love the smell of the lavender thieves salve. Does it come in an oil to diffuse?
Annette, I like a 50/50 blend but you can find what works for you. At this dilution, the yellow absorbs right in.
Could you tell me how many drops of oil and how much carrier oil to mix in roller bottle? I got mine in the mail yesterday and excited to try it. Thank you.
If you are wanting to take this internally with a spoonful of honey, how many times a day? If I read the article correctly….one drop with the spoonful, but I wondered how many times. Any news on that?
Great, thank you very much for always teaching us.
No, it’s not a equal parts ratio Angelica. Use approximately 1/3 Black Pepper to 2/3 Turmeric.
Hi Rebecca, I have both oils. To create the blend do I use equal parts of each in a 5 or 10ml bottle?
Pat, you might think about layering Nerve Pain & Block on afterwards. Have you tried that blend on your hubby?
Kelly, the blend can be taken internally, I would start with 2 to 3 drops in a smoothie or in a capsule daily but I would take your dose separate from LLP.
I am VERY interested in this to reverse insulin resistance. What is your recommendation on the amount? I currently take a capsule of 9 drops of LLP every morning and every night, can the turmeric/black pepper also be taken in a capsule? If so, can it be added to the LLP or does it need to be separate?
2/3 Turmeric to 1/3 Black Pepper – comprises the blend. From there, I dilute the blend by half (50/50).
you say 50/50 but below it says 1/3, 2/3rds? I just got mine and want to make the roller bottle up
Julie, once or twice a day. You can certainly experiment with 2 or 3 drops as well. I share the possibility, present a starting point and then it’s up to you to find what works best for YOU! :)
That’s a question I can’t answer but if I were to try, I would say two weeks or more.
Thank you! I’m sure there’s no “norm”, but can you tell me how long to expect to see a difference. Not sure if it will happen with the first dose or over time. Days, weeks, months. . .
