CBD Complete

Our Hemp Complete blend is a special formulation of various hemp extracts with an extra serving of terpenes. It contains 50% decarboxylated CBD and 50% non-decarboxylated (CBDA – the raw version of the molecule directly from the plant). To this, we add a steam distilled extract of terpenes – the molecules that give the smell to many of the plants we love and help contribute to the entourage effect. With both forms of cannabinoids plus the steam distilled hemp, this blend is the most comprehensive hemp product that we know of.

Full-Spectrum Hemp Extract – CBD + CBDA

Full-spectrum extract of agricultural hemp contains naturally occurring cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids, aldehydes, ketones, vitamins, trace minerals, omega fatty acids, protein, and more. Additionally, the hemp extract in our Hemp Complete blend contains both raw (CBDA) and heated cannabinoids (CBD). CBDA, or cannabidiolic acid, is the non-decarboxylated/raw form of CBD. CBDA transforms into CBD when carbon dioxide and hydrogen are removed. This can occur naturally as exposure to heat and light causes the plant to age, or it can occur by applying heat directly to the cannabinoids.

Steam Distilled Hemp Extract

Our steam (water) distilled CBD hemp oil contains at least 26 different aromatic terpenes plus various aldehydes and ketones. Terpenes, in particular, play a significant role in the way cannabis interacts with the body. The “entourage effect” is a common term used to describe the way the cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids in cannabis all work together to modulate how CBD and THC interact with the endocannabinoid system.

Standard Use & Typical Serving Size

Serving Size: 0.5 ml (approximately 15 drops)

Daily Recommended Servings: Take 1 to 5 servings by mouth up to twice per day or as directed by a medical professional. Do not exceed 5 ml (10 servings) per day.

The amount of Hemp Complete that people take on a daily basis can vary greatly. It can be taken day or night, preferably after a meal.

Like many natural supplements derived from plants, the taste may be strong and bitter. Some people like the flavor, some don’t. Mix with a smoothie, applesauce, etc. to smooth the taste out a bit.
