Oil Pulling to Whiten Coffee Stained Teeth

In short, ☕️ I love coffee, coffee stains teeth, oil pulling whitens them!

After I was sent a photo of myself attending a wedding last summer I was reminded it's time for whitening, no problem, my jar is always at the ready.😁
You'll gain many other benefits when you start oil pulling too. Spend 20 minutes swishing a generous teaspoon of coconut oil with essential oils like Peppermint and you're not only whitening teeth you're also pulling all kinds of toxins out of your gums, loosening plaque and fastening your teeth to your gums, tighter teeth - superbly important especially as we age and last but not least, freshening breath.
Oil pulling can also reduce chronic sinus infections, clear sinus drainage and relieve allergy symptoms - read this blog post to learn more.
  • If possible, oil pull first thing in the morning (shower time works) before you brush your teeth or drink anything but anytime of the day is effective
  • Gently swish a generous teaspoon of coconut oil in your mouth and between your teeth for 20 minutes, don’t swallow any of the oil. TIP! Swish gently so you don’t tire out your cheeks and jaw
  • Important! Spit out the oil in the trash (not the sink), the oil will be full of bacteria etc, do not swallow
  • Finally, brush your teeth
  • Oil pull 3 to 5 times per week
Moral of the story, nature knows best. Stop buying those nasty chemical laden whitening strips and start oil pulling for truly remarkable wellness and beauty benefits.
