I have allergies, I always carry a mini when traveling , swab my nose and it makes such a difference
I live in the northeast , I will add it to a diffuser throughout the winter months , it helps with the dry air from the heat.

This product is awesome!

I use it on bug bites-no more itch! Also, reduces my allergy symptoms. Rub on the bottom of my feet and inhale the fragrance-stops the drippy nose, sneezing and clears the sinus. Love this stuff!
