Peppermint - Mentha piperita essential oil is a staple in almost all oil collections for its clever versatility. I use a rectified, Washington state grown USA Peppermint essential oil and it's lovely. Peppermint wears many hats in our lives, first and foremost, a brilliant component of the natural anti-histamine blend of equal parts Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint. I've witnessed miracles with this allergy blend and it's one of the few protocols that have me convinced internal use can be the most effective use.
Additionally, Peppermint is a star player in my oil pulling routine and, in my Easy OnGuard Toothpaste Hack for its taste and, its anti-microbial properties along with Cinnamon Bark and Rosemary. Peppermint is also my husband's requested essential oil in his custom Bullet Proof Lip Balm, which stops cold sore eruptions in its tracks. Both recipes are on the blog!

Nice strong peppermint oil!!
I've been using this oil in my oil pulling blend I make. It works great!
I love the smell and taste.
Peppermint is my first line of treatment with anxious stomach or upset from foods, etc. Just a drop or two on my tongue and tummy brings almost immediate relief. I carry it with me everywhere!
I use peppermint for everything. Anytime my stomach is upset, heartburn, nervous. I like to put it in my own capsules and love the feeling of it in my throat, cool and refreshing. I give it to my son as well, for stomach aches or sore throats. It is just my absolute go to EO.
I no longer use candles in my home and enjoy diffusing peppermint with wild orange for a fresh clean scent. I also use the oil mixed with coconut oil for oil pulling. It’s nice to have on hand when my sinuses are stuffy too. Camp Wander always delivers excellent products!
